INBOX ("the App", package name tech.arhamworkspace.inbox) is an internal communication tool provided by Arham Fintech for use by its employees. This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects information in that context.

The App connects to our backend service at app.arhamworkspace.tech and, as part of enabling communication between Arham Fintech employees, may collect:

• Account information — your work email address, login credentials, and profile information provided by Arham Fintech.
• Email content — internal messages, attachments, and metadata exchanged with colleagues through the App.
• Media you provide — photos, videos, or audio you capture or upload through the App (camera, microphone, and media library access) for internal communication purposes.
• Push notification tokens — to deliver notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Device information — device type, OS version, and app version for diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide and operate the App's core functionality for internal employee communication (email access, messaging, notifications).
• Enable features such as attaching media or voice input to internal messages.
• Send push notifications you have opted into.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your data with external third parties. Information collected by the App stays within Arham Fintech's internal systems, other than service providers necessary to operate the App's infrastructure (e.g. Firebase for push notification delivery, hosting providers).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and message data for as long as you remain an active employee and your account exists. Data is deleted or anonymized upon offboarding, in line with Arham Fintech's internal data retention practices. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.
